COOPER’S CAVE ALE COMPANY, LTD
In our opinion the quality of ales is a product of the grains, hops, water and yeast. We use only the finest ingredients available including English floor malted barley. We also believe that ales flourish with minimal intervention. All ales are naturally carbonated and unfiltered to enhance drinking pleasure.
UPDATE (9/29/20) — The Pub is temporarily closing for the foreseeable future on Sunday, 10/4/20. They will reopen when conditions allow.
In the meantime, you can still order ice cream cakes and purchase their craft beer, soda and other goods available in the Retail Shop during the following hours:
- Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday —10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- Monday & Tuesday — Closed
The Ice Cream Window has closed for the season.

Established in 1999, this microbrewery produces Beer, Soda and Ice Cream on site. They offer a retail (wholesale) area for their products and have a Pub serving food and beverages year round. There is also a seasonal ice cream window located on the Warren County Bikeway.
