New Beer Releases at Paradox Brewery

[North Hudson, NY, July 2021] — With Covid-19 regulations lifting in the State of New York, Paradox Brewery has been adjusting to our first summer completely open! We are excited to welcome more guests to our facility with additional seating areas to enjoy Paradox brews.
In the beginning of July, we will be releasing two new beers that are a part of our Love Potion and Big Fruity Gose series. Love Potion #3, a Raspberry Ale with Lactose, and Big Fruity Gose ’21, a Mixed Berry German-Style Tart Lager, will make their debut on Friday July 2nd.
At the end of July, we will be bringing back our fan-favorite The Last Hefe on the Left, a German Style Hefeweizen, and introducing Pathological Lager, and Italian Style Pilsner.
These two brews will be released on July 30th and will be accompanied by a limited-edition, specialty glass. As per our former glass releases, we will be offering a deal of a pour of one of the specialty brews, a hot IPA pretzel, and a glass for a set price.
We have finally introduced live music to our tasting room! Almost every Saturday guests will be able to enjoy a live act at our brewery. For the month of July, you can find The Jagaloons, Margarita Mike, Mark Piper, Willie Playmore, and the Saratoga Strings Band. To find more events, head on over to our website.
In addition to our Paradox Brewery main-stay menu items, we have introduced Marty Burgers. Marty Burgers are locally sourced, quarter-pound burgers. The beef we sourced comes from a local farm that feeds their cattle Paradox Brewery spent grain! To keep up with our customer demand, we have brought back several food trucks to supplement our kitchen. The Good Forkin’ Food Truck, Wrap De City On-The-Go Kitchen, Say Cheez 518 Food Truck, Dolan’s Dogs & More, and the Mac Factor will be at our tasting room periodically throughout the summer.
Alongside our extended summer hours of 12-6pm Wednesday and Thursday; 12-8pm Friday and Saturday; and 12-6pm Sunday, we will be open on July 4th from 12-8pm, July 5th from 12-6pm, and July 6th from 12-6pm.
We are actively hiring new employees for our kitchen, including cooks, preps, runners, and dishwashers.
