Join the Interior Outpost Society at Paradox Brewery!

NORTH HUDSON, NY — Paradox Brewery is preparing for an exciting yet busy Spring season. With Covid-19 restrictions, we are operating at 75% capacity indoors and have plenty of available seating on our deck and outdoor pavilion. We will soon be opening up more areas for outdoor seating with the warmer weather approaching. Operating with normal hours of 12-6pm Wednesday-Saturday and 12-4pm on Sundays, we are hoping to extend our hours in May. We will be closed on April 4th, Easter Sunday, but will resume regular hours on April 7th. Our safety precautions are still in full force with social distancing, mask wearing, and sanitization. Paradox Brewery is a safe place for those to enjoy a crisp beverage and delicious food.

 

On April 1st we will begin pre-registration for our loyalty membership program, Interior Outpost Society. Interior Outpost Society offers customers a chance to get more out of their Paradox Brewery experience through members-only deals and specials. Each member receives a 20 oz. customized glass in which they can purchase a 20 oz. pour for a 16 oz. price, a Paradox Brewery t-shirt and hat, and several year-long deals. Register on our website or at our tasting room starting April 1st for a start date of May 1st.

 

This April we will be dropping our previously released Golden-Style Belgian Ale, Eagle Vision. This specialty ale is being brewed with all New York State ingredients and will be released on April 22nd – Earth Day. With a new label design by graphic artist Eric Lipuma, Eagle Vision will be the perfect companion for a springtime adventure. Good Wolf, our half-batch Saison, was released on March 26th as a new addition to tasting room specialty brews. The other half of this spicy, citrus Saison, titled Bad Wolf, is currently aging in Sauvignon Blanc barrels with a release date of late Spring.

 

Our food menu has expanded and our kitchen is operating in full force. We offer 18”, 12”, and 12” cauliflower crust pizza pies with various toppings for in-house eating and takeout. We also serve bratwursts, knockwursts, and weisswursts all on German-style Brotchen buns. As always, you can find our regular tater tots, chili-cheese tater tots, hot IPA pretzels, and house-made beer cheese. Check us out on social media to find daily specials.

 

We are currently hiring for both tasting room bartender and server positions as well as cooks.
