A group of six local brewers who have built their businesses on relationships with local bars and restaurants are giving back in this time of need.

 

Brewnited, the coalition of brewers, has created a beer called “Negative Input” that you can purchase at various locations in the area.

 

Their goal is “to take the negative input that we are overwhelmed with and flip it upside down,” according to the website, wearebrewnited.com.

 

All profits and sales from this beer will be distributed to local tipped employees who are currently unable to work due to the closure of their place of employment in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic.

 

Tipped employees whose job was in Warren or Saratoga counties are eligible and can apply at wearebrewnited.com.

 

Those who would like to help can make a donation directly on the website, purchase the beer, or both!

 

If you are able to sell beer at your business right now, you can also contact them to sell this brew at your establishment.

 

The brewers involved include Adirondack Pub & Brewery, Artisanal Brew Works, Bolton Landing Brewing Company, Common Roots Brewing Company, Druthers Brewing Company and Northway Brewing.
