WHAT IT MEANS TO THINK LOCAL, DRINK LOCAL

When you make the decision to purchase a locally made, craft beverage, you are choosing to support the local economy. Each maker on the Adirondack craft beverage trail is a small business located in the southern Adirondack and northern Capital District of New York. As with any small business, these beverage makers are essential to the local economy. They support local employment and bring people to the region to explore everything it has to offer. So whether you’re at the bar, beverage center, grocery store, or where ever you get craft beverages, always try to #ThinkLocalDrinkLocal.

Today is a sad day for the Trail. Today we say farewell to the project coordinator, and original creator, of the Trail, Greg Chanese.

Greg has been the one behind the scenes making thing happen with the trail, along with colleagues at the Adirondack Regional Chamber of Commerce, Black Dog Designs, TIMIT Solutions, LLC., and all the makers on the Trail.

We wish Greg good luck as he transitioned into the role to Marketing Director at Shmaltz Brewing Company on Monday.

Cheers!
